Lighting of the Lights on the 1st Street Plaza 5:00pm
Experience the wonder of the season as Mayor Rogina illuminates the city and officially kicks-off the holidays in St. Charles. There will be a special performance by the St. Charles East and North High Schools’ Chorales, as well as an appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus. Be there as Santa opens his house for the first time this season.
The new, official City of St. Charles song “In St. Charles” will receive it’s first public performance by its composer Jim Masters during this event.

Take a ride on a horse drawn sleigh, and take a ride back in time. Enjoy the splendor of St. Charles, as you escape the hustle and bustle of the holidays on this leisurely ride.

Be sure to stop by Santa’s House for a visit while he’s in town from the North Pole. He’ll be back every weekend through December 22. Be sure to bring your list and your camera!
